Birth never goes the way it is portrayed in the media. It often goes differently than how we want or expect. Your birth may have been traumatic. So many people push away the details of these experiences, and are left with emotional wounds. Healing from your experience is possible.

Your story is important. The way you feel about your story is important. Sharing it can help you reshape your experience.

Whether you gave birth a month ago or fifty years ago I want to hear your story.
